Super admin should be able to create
1. Gateways.
2. Register compute resources.
3. View all experiments grouped by gateway
4. View all applications grouped by gateway
5. Should be able to search Experiment statistics and use gateway ID as a
primary search key. E.g: Search for all the experiments ran inn last 24 hours
in SEAGrid.org
