For stacks lower than HDP 2.6.3, property {{zeppelin.notebook.storage}} should
have value {{org.apache.zeppelin.notebook.repo.VFSNotebookRepo}}. For stacks
HDP 2.6.3 and higher this property should have value
{{org.apache.zeppelin.notebook.repo.FileSystemNotebookRepo}}. As of now for all
stacks HDP 2.6.x by default storage property will have value
FileSystemNotebookRepo, it's not correct. So it should be fixed.
