I've just found that there is an explicit exclusion for these files in the
[header validation
check|https://github.com/apache/calcite-avatica-go/blob/8657d0ac4148dca20f67253e78be222d10cc9c6a/docker.sh#L176]
so I assume that its normal that they don't have one.
