AdviceWith() is working for almost all of our routes, also if they were already
started when we call adviceWith() (using Camel 2.15.2).
Until (and including) Camel 2.14 it was also possible to call adviceWith() for
an already started route which is using the loadBalance().
For me, this is a regression.
However, as long as we have a solution, I'm fine with it.
I update the WIKI page to make it clear that we recommend (and only support)
adviceWith() on a non started route.
