As we have moved the main camel examples to the camel-examples per CAMEL-13830,
it will make sense to move the other examples for the other camel projects and
centerlize this under one repo, these examples are:
* camel-spring-boot
* camel-k
* camel-quarkus
* camel-kafka-connector
This includes as well the associated maven plugin MOJO to generate the readme
files for these examples
