    To verify read from hive for the carbon tables created from spark.
    
    ### What changes were proposed in this PR?
   Added a test file , which connects to hive metastore for querying results. 
Test case added for read and local dictionary support when created from spark.
       
    ### Does this PR introduce any user interface change?
    - No
   
    ### Is any new testcase added?
