Currently, carbondata supports only *prestodb*. As presto is divided into two
communities *prestodb* and *prestosql*. It is necessary for carbondata to
support the users from both the community.
Hence support *prestodb-0.217* and *prestosql-316* integration in carbon
# Keep a single presto module and have subfolders of common, prestodb,
prestosql code (similar to latest spark integration structure)
# support two profiles, {{prestodb}} and {{prestosql}}
# Make {{prestoql}} as the default profile along with {{spark-2.3}} default
profile
