Steps to reproduce.
1. Create a table.
2. Load around 500 segments and more than 1 million records.
3. Running query select(*) or select count(*) without filter is throwing null 
pointer exception.

File: TableIndex.java
Method: pruneWithMultiThread
line: 447
Reason: filter.getresolver() is null.
