Steps to reproduce:
1 set bad_records_action=force and
carbon.push.rowfilters.for.vector=true
2. create table t1(a bigint) stored by 'carbondata'

3. insert into t1 select 'k';
4. insert into t1 select 1;
5. select * from t1 where a = 1 or a = 0;
