When build slave installed on windows machine build step #23 Platform Add fails
due to invalid {{.cordova/config.json}}, written on prev. step #22 Write Json,
because bb10 is using {{TEST_DIR}} instead of {{TEST_DIR_ESCAPED}}
Bug was introduced in this changeset in writejson.js
