The {{CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE}} syntax that was added with FLINK-15591 is not
included in the [{{CREATE TABLE}}
documentation|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.11/dev/table/sql/create.html#create-table]
and therefore not visible to our users.
