[doc] Remove missed CheckpointedRestoring
## What is the purpose of the change
Pull request fixes one missed CheckpointedRestoring interface which was
removed in Flink 1.4
## Brief change log
- *The TaskInfo is stored in the blob store on job creation time as a
persistent artifact*
- *Deployments RPC transmits only the blob storage reference*
- *TaskManagers retrieve the TaskInfo from the blob cache*
## Verifying this change
PR is just a documentation change that can be verified in the diff very
easily :)
