Found one additional mention of RPM installation in Tools and Modules > HTTP 
Session Management Modules > HTTP Session Management Module for Pivotal tc 
Server > Setting Up the HTTP Module for tc Server.
This RPM mention refers to the tc Server component, which does offer an RPM 
installation, at least if downloaded from VMWare, so I retained this occurrence.
