There are several places that are popping up where it might be useful to have a
list of items defined in guacamole.properties - a handful recent mailing list
requests have asked about having multiple LDAP or RADIUS servers. Having this
list item in the top-level guacamole-ext code will allow us to reuse it for
more than just the LDAP module where it is currently located.
