It's come up several times on the mailing list, so seems like it would be
valuable to have some more thorough documentation on the process of branding
Guacamole. I'm happy to take an initial stab at it.
Also might be worth providing an example directory structure within the doc/
sub-directory of the project that has all of the base files required and some
sample changes. Open to discussion on that one.
