Missing:
- CACHE_INDEX_ON_WRITE
- CACHE_BLOOMS_ON_WRITE
- EVICT_BLOCKS_ON_CLOSE
- CACHE_DATA_IN_L1
It's possible to set them with syntax like
{noformat}
{ CONFIGURATION = { <option> = <value> } }
{noformat}
but let's save some keystrokes.
