Thanks [~anoop.hbase].  Found this one HBASE-15437, which seems to be a recent 
attempt to fix the issue. Let me link them. We can discuss on HBASE-15437.

responseSize not accounting CellScanner, I think I have seen this bug being 
raised some time back. I was thinking it is resolved by now. Not? Ya we have to 
correct it.
