Resolution: Fixed
Release Note: StoreFile naming changes from random ascii longs to [0-9a-f]
uuids. The same name is used in the tmp and perm location. This name is what
gets used for the block name in the cache.
Committed to 92 and trunk. Thanks Stack and Mikhail for the speedy reviews.
