Impala is requesting that they have the ability to distinguish between 
unbucketed tables and bucketed tables where the bucketing info has been removed 
during translation. They understand that it still is READONLY access. They are 
proposing that we define a new capability that helps the translator determine 
whether or not to remove the bucketing info.
