This patch includes tests for all four non-Derby DBs for install and upgrade. See standalone-metastore/DEV-README for details on how to run these. Each of these is run in a docker container. The developer must have docker available on his box to run them. For the Oracle test, the developer must independently download the Oracle JDBC driver (it's behind a license agreement). Everything else, including the required docker containers and JDBC drivers for the other DB types are handled automatically by maven and the tests. Since these tests are slow (~1 min each) and require external downloads, they are not run by default.
