Attached new patch. Weighing things around, I removed the
InterfaceAudience.LimitedPrivate for ReplicationTask and
HCatClient.getReplicationTasks.
I did, however keep the LimitedPrivate on HCatClient.getNextNotification and
HCatClient.getCurrentNotificationEventId and limit them further to just Hive,
instead of Hive & Falcon, since there is no place where they use these
explicitly - they only use it through getReplicationTasks, and that then guards
our ability to change around the event log impl freely. Thoughts?
I'm willing to remove the InterfaceAudience thing wholly if you still disagree
with it, since I'm almost on the fence for it.
