I got the cause of the problem. Basically the birthday type in the Fake data
transform is generating a Date element and not a String as expected. Going to

The problem doesn't seems to be the Select Value but what comes out from the
Fake data transform. Try this simple pipeline, as confirmation of what I'm
saying
