{{PlatformProcessor}} has a number of methods that are called over JNI
({{createCache}} and so on). All other JNI calls (for {{PlatformCache}}, etc)
go through {{PlatformTarget}} mechanism.
To avoid code duplication in JNI and ThinClient code all platform calls should
use the same mechanism.
