Ability added to build plan [Ignite Tests / -> Run
All|https://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=IgniteTests_RunAll]
via parametrised run:
*Run Custom Build (...)* --> *Parameters* --> *Choose JAVA*
One can select from _java-1.7_, _java-1.8_ and _java-9_ environments to
initiate build of all dependency builds with chosen java version.
(!) NOTE: java-9 run is currently fails because of code unreadiness for
compilation with java-9, which is going to be fixed in IGNITE-6728 tickets.
