Breakpad contains a race that can lead to an endless loop of threads trying to
write a minidump without terminating the process. The race can be triggered by
threads crashing in parallel. I filed [Breapkad
#752|https://bugs.chromium.org/p/google-breakpad/issues/detail?id=752] and
pushed a fix upstream. Once it has been submitted we need to bump the Breakpad
version in the toolchain and in Impala.
