Summary: Add a way to test with MySQL backed metastore

Impala's minicluster doesn't have a way to start up with the Hive metastore
running on MySQL. As we've found out, (see IMPALA-6389) there are a couple of
differences in behavior between Postgresql and MySQL backed HMS, and it would
be good to have a way to reproduce and test these cases.
