Lars Volker resolved IMPALA-6633.

    Fix Version/s: Not Applicable

After more consideration I think this should be caught by whatever management 
solution one uses to manage their servers, as it will likely also affect other 
software on the system. It seems suboptimal to rely on Impala to warn about 
this.
