steps to reappear:
step1: configured LbHttpSolrClient whith ['[http://host1:8983/solr',]
'[http://host2:8983/solr'|http://host2:8983/solr',]]
step2: shutdown host2, and keep query going
step3: start host2, wait for 1 minute or more, and we'll find host2 not
receiving any query request
