Currently, {{-Dmdep.addParentPoms=true}} includes all parent POMs, but does not
quite ensure that the copied POMs are “resolvable” as {{import}}-scoped “BOM
POMs” are not copied. It would have be nice to add such an option (see MDEP-591
for motivation as to why this may be needed).
