MCLEAN-14's Plugin Docu index.html is incorrect. index.html's content is now
the same as that of plugin-info.html.
Not sure why. But reverting the pom so that the parent pom's (maven-plugins)
version is 2-SNAPSHOT (instead of 3) "fixes" this problem though.
