As a user of the maven jar plugin I want to be able to modify/update existing
jars. For example, I want to replace a few class files in a jar and i want to
replace a few sources files in a sources jar artifact. Adding/removing should
also be supported.
This is a needed feature because for large jars, it takes to long to unpack and
re-jar.
