Hi I have a record where some text is in foreing language like Russia which is
supported by utf-8 only . I have take processorJolttransformJson and tried to
convert text and after convrsion I see wrong data getting populated for Russian
text . When I see processor configuration I dont have any option to specify
default charset i.e utf-8 ,
