In the core_functionality.feature file there is a test scenario "Processors are
destructed when agent is stopped" that requires test processors extension to be
built. These are not always available in the docker image. We should check if
the cmake flag enabling the test processors is set similarly to other
extensions and only run the test case if it is set to ON.
