You may find this document helpful. You need to setup keystores on both Knox and NiFi Registry so that they can trust each other. https://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/HDF3/HDF-3.4.1.1/nifi-knox/content/configuring_knox-for-nifi.html The document is for NiFi, but the same applies to NiFi Registry integration.
