Matt Gilman resolved NIFI-2236.
-------------------------------
    Resolution: Implemented

As part of NIFI-2849, users must navigate to the policy in question. In
addition, the message includes the name of the process group instead of uuid
whenever possible.

> When updating a policy for a component, if the policy is inherited from the
> UI, the warning should be 'more intense'

> When I go to modify the policy for a processor, for instance, it tells me in
> the UI "Showing effective policy inherited from Process Group
> 03869daf-9085-3709-83ce-b29323ef6775. Override this policy." I feel this
> message should be somehow made a little more 'intense' and perhaps reworded
> so that the user understands that he/she can in fact modify the policy but
> doing so will modify the policy of the group which will indirectly change the
> policy of this component but will also change the policy of other components.
