I reduce Summary to reporter's screenshot taken from step 6. So this one is
NOT_AN_ISSUE due to result (c) in comment above: In that step it's intended to
show line with "Hidden Paragraph" field.
Concerning the strange unpredictable 'MMW Step 3 preview pane' behavior: I am
not 100 sure concerning my observations, it might be that I was distrait.

Please feel free to reopen this issue if you find out that the problem still
exists in the latest public release of AOO and if you can provide requested
additional information. We need a test kit (Attachment here in the Bug report)
and a detailed step by step instruction how to reproduce your problem, for
details please see <http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/HowToFileIssue>! And of
course a comprehensible reasoning why the observed behavior might be a bug.
