The spadmin tool was very useful for configuring printer settings and for
installing OpenOffice-specific fonts. For many years this functionality has
been replaced by their modern system wide counterparts: printer setup is now
done in CUPS and fonts are managed by fontconfig. Spadmin is no longer useful
and maintaining or testing it is a waste of time, so it should be removed.
