This may be related to 127869. Restarting the OS seems to fix the problem.

Screen Artifacts

When the drop down option list is open in the program and the user goes to
another program, the list appears on the display over the new program. Also,
it often occurs that the program will remember some items on its display and
keep them on the desktop even after Writer is closed.

The screenshot attachment shows the artifacts that remain on the display after
they are closed. Yes, the printer settings and properties windows were already
closed.

More screenshots to follow.

I am using Xubuntu 14.04.

Paper format options

This screenshot shows the paper format options. Note the missing borderless
choice. Also not that OO does get the settings from the printer information
because it states exactly that from the paper tray option.

Example of Text Selection Color Change

When selecting the text in a specific table cell, the background color selector
focuses on cell instead of text. User must use Format>Character to get
background color change of just the text.

See attachment sample with left one incorrect and right one correct. Both were
actions taken on selected text.

[Issue 127712] Allow building when gcc -dumpversion does not use the canonical x.y.z format

2018-08-31 Thread bugzilla
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=127712

Andrea Pescetti changed:

   What|Removed |Added

   Target Milestone|--- |4.1.6

Apparently I can't set a flag for this component, but I'd like to suggest this
for 4.1.6: it allows building (or at least getting past the configure stage)
when GCC reports its version in an unusual way.

Note: no immediate port from/to trunk is foreseen since as Matthias noted we do
things differently in trunk.
