I'm not sure, whether the dialog Edit Footnote/Endnote itself has am image at
all. For me it looks like a character is drawn onto the button. Perhaps we use
no image in the help,

Just find out that we miss more icons. The whole 106*.png serie is missed. This
are eight icons. I chack now where they are in use.

I just checked the other missed icons sc10620.png sc10621.png sc10627.png and
sc10630.png. according opengrok they are no longer in use. The Icons ar not
linked from any help file or
