dgrove-oss commented on issue #400: downloads migrated to TLP dist area URL: https://github.com/apache/openwhisk-website/pull/400#issuecomment-517994716 It moves all release out of the incubator space (https://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/) into the openwhisk TLP space (https://www.apache.org/dist/openwhisk). Because these are incubation releases, they are required to be located in a directory that has "incubating" in its path to warn users that they come with the incubator disclaimer (per https://incubator.apache.org/guides/transferring.html -- section of releases)
