lionelvillard opened a new issue #774: support for deploying/undeploying headless managed project URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk-wskdeploy/issues/774 usecase: deploying assets into an existing project without updating the manifest. wskdeploy should accept `--managed` for headless projects. In this mode, only the `__OW_PROJECT_HASH` annotation is meaningless and shouldn't be added. Undeploying headless projects consists of deleting all assets matching the project name only.
