   I am unable to write negative value in mx:NumericStepper,If I write minus 
sign (-) in numericStepper it shows Zero,
   In flex we can write negative value in mx:numericStepper later it will be 
converted to 0.
   mx:NumericStepper accept negative value if I click down button of 
numericStepper but it doesn't accept negative number by keyboard typing
