As [discussed extensively on the user
list|http://apache-spark-user-list.1001560.n3.nabble.com/Discourse-A-proposed-alternative-to-the-Spark-User-list-td20851.html],
we want to encourage users to post to Stack Overflow as much as possible, and
the use the list sparingly, or when their question doesn't fit SO's strict
guidelines.
