In my opinion it is too soon for deprecation. I guess a lot of users still rely 
on ES 2.

No, ES JARs are not OSGi bundles already. I'll take care of creating the 
bundles on SMX :-)

Thanks for the PR it has been merged.

We need a karaf feature for this as well.
[~ancosen] wonder if you are aware of the newer ES JARs are OSGi bundles 
already? Because the older JARs are wrapped and from the SMX team. So if they 
are not we need the SMX team to do a bundle release for the newer version
