Claus Ibsen resolved CAMEL-12332.

Resolution: Fixed
There is a new useOrderedMap option to turn on. This requires to do some
reflection stuff to get the data from CSVRecord as it has no public api to get
the data in ordered. Therefore we leave the existing useMaps as-is.
