verhas opened a new pull request #463: Code refactor to simplify and new tests URL: https://github.com/apache/commons-lang/pull/463 The Functions class implemented the `asXXX` methods in a "copy-paste" way instead of using the already implemented static methods of the same class. Also the tests for the methods `asPredicate` and `asBiPredicate` were missing.
