Add a {{StrBuilder}} replacement based on the {{StringMatcher}} interface.
This deprecated {{StrBuilder}} in favor or {{TextStringBuilder}}. This class is
called {{TextStringBuilder}} instead of {{StringBuilder}} to avoid clashing with
{{java.lang.StringBuilder}}.
