Ok, tried it out.  Looks like it's a version issue as 
localhost:8080/geode/docs/index.html still works.  That's the URL that should 
actually be documented, since I made the changes for swagger2 
backwards-compatible.

I am not sure what was the problem behind this. here is the info to my vm. 
There is gfsh and the server/locator running. You can take a look around and 
see if you can reproduce it on that machine. You can use microsoft remote 
desktop to rdp to it:

public IP: 35.165.0.233
Credentials: Administrator/BugHunt4Geode

I just tried this and was unable to duplicate.  Is there something I'm doing 
differently than you?   Please see attached screenshot.
