In order to streamline the process of using Geode for new users, it would be
helpful to have an all-encompassing 'geode' artifact published so that they can
simply include 'org.apache.geode:geode' instead of having to figure out which
components are necessary for them. (This artifact would bring in geode-core,
geode-cq, geode-wan, etc.)
