Also I would want to shift the focus of this Jira towards a standalone tool to 
start with rather than a nightly job/Jenkins. I can add follow on for that, 
once this goes in.

Update: have been able to build a standalone tool that spins up a hbase on 
hadoop minicluster and tries to mimick few of hbck2's functionalities/usages. 
PR would be up soon.

Looks like I don't have enough permission to create a new job out of a 
jenkinsfile.
